Title:  Chemical Engineer

This position supports the chemical processes and chemical process development for a medical device business.

The incumbent is expected to:

·         Recommend methods and practices to improve both the chemistry and the mechanical components of the chemical processes, to continually improve the effectiveness of the product and the processes.  

·         Be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the chemical processes used to manufacture blades, and accessories sold by the business.

·         Will be expected to understand the processes so that new products can be developed quickly and effectively. 

Qualifications:

·        3-5+years experience as a Chemical Engineer. 

·        1-3 years experience working for a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company. 

·        BS in Chemical Engineering required. 

·        Master`s degree in Chemical Engineering a plus.
